Instead of rushing through responsibilities and daily tasks, Women’s Circle is an invitation to pause – feel your body – and reconnect with your inner feminine energy. This is a safe, intimate space where softness, intuition, and strength can coexist.
✨ Workshop Program:
1️⃣ Opening Circle (10 min)

Create connection, share how you feel today, and set the safe space.

Each participant introduces themselves and shares one word describing their current feeling.
2️⃣ Gentle Feminine Movement (20 min)
-
Light stretching, hip circles, slow flowing movements, and conscious breathing.

Purpose: open the hips, release tension, and connect with your body.
3️⃣ Guided Meditation & Reiki (20 min)

Relax the body, connect with your heart and womb.

Receive Reiki energy to help balance body and mind.
4. Ritual Release (10–15 min)

Write down what you want to release: limiting beliefs, old emotions, or anything that no longer serves you.

Fold the paper and place it in a bowl or burn it safely if possible.
5. Sharing Circle (10–15 min)

Share feelings and intentions for the future.

Close with affirmations:
“I honor my feminine energy.”
“I trust my intuition.”
“I allow softness and strength to coexist.”
